Food was delicious. The owner is very nice and has excellent customer service.

The food, eh ok definitely not good enough to recommend. Plenty of bagel places to go elsewhere. But the workers oiii very RUDE. my friend and I got food to go, and when he ordered his bagel they yelled back the bagel order followed with para el gordo well gracias, mi amigo y yo irá a cualquier parte menos aquí. Don 't insult customers!

Watch out from this place. Twice in a row they charged me $15 extra “pretending they are busy” I don’t care how busy you are when it comes to my wallet. The guy that always stays on the register,he’s the one that’s double charging until I confronted him. 3 bagels and 2 small drinks he charged me $47 I think. I don’t eat bacon,it’s against my religion and my bagel had some bacon on it! The most disgusting place and very unprofessional people I’ve ever seen! No manners,no respect,they always rush you so you don’t realize what they charge you for. Is all about MONEY so they can rip you off!

The service and atmosphere are fine. The bagels were about as generic as any chain. If you want a more authentic New York bagel search elsewhere.

I always get a wheat wrap with a sausage, egg and cheese at home fries with ketchup hands-down always a good eat and I love the people that work there. Very good customer service.
