Fresh, high quality ingredients. the sauces they make are amazing. generous portions.

Everything ordered tased great. Only negatives were that the order didnt come with forks/spoons/knives to eat it and that the Gaucho Fired Picanha was ordered as medium rare and was cooked to medium well. It still was very tender and flavorful even though it was overcooked. I puke have probably been amazing if the right temperature.

Food was great no complaints as far as quality. But the portion size for that price is unacceptable

The buttermilk fried chicken was overly greasy and mushy. The collard greens and bacon had absolutely no flavor; I wouldn't have even known it was cooked with bacon. The mashed potatoes were also entirely flavorless. Have they not heard of spices? I'm throwing this in the trash. The Korean fried broccoli was ok, except the sauce was saltier than the ocean. Like, just way too salty. Inedibly salty. But it tastes dry without sauce. So I ate two pieces of broccoli and now I don't know what to do with it. I'll have to make my own sauce or else this is going in the trash also. The cornbread was amazing. Not amazing enough to redeem the $40+ I spent on my food. But still good. I will never eat here again.

The Bolognese was definitely not prepared the the normal chef. I have purchased this dish multiple times and have never been disappointed until today. The wings were extremely dry and over cooked, which I have NEVER experienced here before. This was a very disappointing experience, especially when I was greatly looking forward to the food.
