Metro Diner - Middletown

Breakfast morning, eating was great and the service. my server was shannon and she is great. she was quick to welcome me when I sat and had a sarg in my hand within 2 minutes. all my asking about the good were answered. the food was delivered immediately and my coffee was refilled without demand. keep this young woman, leave her no other restaurant stealing her away

We just moved to Middletown and wanted to try a diner. We chose Metro and are super pleased. Samara was our server and she was friendly and prompt. We got a western omelet, the special blueberry lemon Belgian waffle, fresh fruit, and coffee. The restaurant was clean, fun, and super busy. The owner, Jeff, took time to say hello and welcome us to the community. We will back! You should try it.

Completely disappointed. Cold breakfast served to us. Meals missing sides. My sons meal was completely incorrect had to be sent back and wait for his. Charged for cheese for eggs when it never had it on them and I told the waitress don't charge me for cheese because I never received it.

I ordered through Uber eats and was missing half of my order. I asked for a refund and the “child” that answered the phone said we can’t because you ordered it through a third party. I said would it be easier to just deliver the missing items. He said no we don’t deliver. So I said okay what am I supposed to do because you guys messed up. He said I don’t know what to tell you and you can’t speak to a manger because we’re too busy . I calmly said wow that’s really good customer service . He then proceeded to start yelling at me . I said there is no reason to yell. He continued to yell saying he wasn’t yelling. I calmly said okay, I’ll speak to your manager. The child then hung up on me. I immediately called back and the manager answered right away. The manager apologized for his behavior and said it was because they were short staffed. I’m just going to leave this story here and let you all decide if you want to eat here ..
