Burger Time - Middletown

Ordered a milkshake, they gave me chocolate milk blended with ice. Burger was over cooked with poor quality meat and stale bread. Onion rings completely over cooked. I do not recommend this establishment

The driver gave my food to someone else. And then the burger wasn't over cooked and on a hard roll. Plus the place wouldn't replace the missing item, and take responsibility for it

This is actually Roma Pizza. They decided to set up a burgers shakes menu on GrubHub where they have a partial menu available at higher prices. If you want a burger from Roma Pizza, just order it from them directly. This is a rip off. I will never order from this version of the restaurant again.

Trash, food and quality is absolutely garbage. No concern for what they serve the public. Stay away. This place should not be allowed to serve bottled water!!!

The food is usually very good. For this order, the food was truly awful. The fries were cold and the burger was terrible. I ordered a medium well burger and it came nearly raw on the inside. The outside was cooked but inside wasn't. Thankfully I ordered desert because that was the only thing that was edible. Is it possible to get a refund to the burger and fries? Thanks.
