How about you hire a manager to keep all the chit chat by the staff to a minimum. No one should wait 22 minutes for a smoothie when there are three people seated and two on line orders in the queue.The staff stands and talks to each other and all their friends who come in. This business model can’t be profitable.

First time visiting I will definitely be back. Delicious food great service. Great place to bring the entire family. Try the Purple Rain smoothie!

Ordered two smoothies and they were horrible! I do not like posting bad reviews but they need to revamp their funky monkey recipe and TRY their own recipe because it was the worst smoothie we've ever had. It was warm, neither of us could get the smoothie up the straw without hard work and it tasted awful. The consistency was that of wet cement. They charge $13 for a smoothie. The girl at the counter offered to make a new one but we refused and frankly, some of the staff weren't all that friendly.

It has been well over a year since I’ve been and today reinforced why I no longer go there. Placed an order over the phone for a cherry bomb smoothie bowl with no bananas. Was told there are no bananas in it. Went in to pick up and not only are there bananas on top it’s in the base. Also was not topped with what the menu describes. Always an issue with orders.
