Bidrage med feedbackTaste of Italy, Main Road, Vineland has lost a customer. Eric and I both had a rough day. I dont have a lot of money, but I thought we both deserved a treat. So I looked up their Facebook page (which includes photos of their menu with prices). Their daily specials were updated until Wednesday. Not having much cash, I ordered what I could afford, carefully calculating the prices listed and tax and tip for the delivery guy. Our order arrived 40 minutes later with a different price than what Id figured. That difference was $12. Now $12 might not be lot of money to most folks, but to me its a lot. The delivery guy called the restaurant and eventually put me on the phone with the girl on the other end. She translated for the owner who I could hear talking in the background. Apparently those prices are old prices, there would be no compromiseeven though the false advertising was their problem. Honestly, if they had met me half way, I would have paid $6 if they ate $6. Instead, they stood firm and I sent the food back. I wont be ordering from them again. I didnt post their menu, they did. I later looked up their info on other sites and found the same menu with the same pricing. After posting on Facebook of my dissatisfaction, several other folks messaged me that they had had the same problem there, as well as over-charging, and different prices on the same order. Their food is pretty good for a small local business, but its a shame they dont seem to know anything about advertising or customer service. P.S. The delivery guy was very nice, and I actually gave him a small tip just for coming out and for attempting to mediate. I hope they dont subject him to less polite disgruntled customers.
The best pizza I have had in a long by time. The crust was light and flaky with the perfect balance to fold in half.
The food was very good. The wait service was a little slow and the place was empty. The high chair for our little one was too big and the adjustments were kind of worn out and didn't fit our child. She was well able to stand up while being strapped in! I I go back with our little one, I will bring our folding high chair. However, I don't think I should have to.
This pizzeria isn 't a good place to buy pizza. They said that they couldn 't make a half-and-half pizza, and that they would have to make 2 pizzas instead. A medium pizza costs $15, which is overpriced, and there 's a small sign that says that since credit cards are getting more popular, they have no choice but to add a 3.5% surcharge fee, which makes absolutely no sense at all. The bathroom was locked for some reason, and you had to ask a staff member for a key to use it. Also, there weren 't any spices to add on your pizza by yourself. Also, if you wanted to get some paper plates for yourself, you would also have to ask a staff member. The store was not too clean, too. It took 20 minutes for our pizza to be ready, which is the typical time. For some reason, there weren 't any trash cans, except for the locked bathroom. The pizza was very oily, but it tasted good, which is why it 's not getting 1 star. Parking: Many spots
Love the service speed of food and of course the PIZZA!!!
