Sonny's Bbq - Miccosukee

Normally going through drive-thru don't take long to get your order. Today it took 20 minutes. The girl that gave me my food wasn't friendly and inpatient. I don't check before driving off because they usually have my order right. Not today. Forgot to give me the fries with the half chicken dinner. I told her I wanted sweet sauce, there was only 1 pack in the bag. Didn't know I had to tell her how many. Hopefully next time will be better.

Fantastic lunch. Service was good. Had a sliced pork sandwich and fries. Yum

I placed an online order for delivery through their website. Our food was delivered and we noticed we never got our cinnamon sugar donuts, about an hour later. We called the store and they fully acknowledged that we didn’t receive our donuts because they are completely out. They said we could either put our name on a list to receive them at a later time or they could refund our money. They weren’t going to refund me, had I not given them a call, when I finally did realize.
