20 min to a double shot and a brown sugar shaken. Two workers and only two ppl ahead of me in line before my order, but $15 an hour minimum wage ? ?, nice try.Food: 3/5

Only reviewing because of Tenisha’s excellent service, she was so kind and I even went for her recommendation (iced brown sugar shaken espresso with a pump of white mocha, delicious). Would come back just for her!

In every aspect, this is a typical Starbucks and my drink was enjoyable. The staff, though varied, were satisfactory. The only downside was that I was informed this particular location does not accept the app scan feature. However, I noticed other customers using their phones to scan something while I was there. When I inquired, I did not receive a clear explanation. I was told that the app scan could be used for certain things but not for payment. This was quite confusing and off-putting.

This restaurant serves the best coffee ever! The staff is always super nice and sweet, the place is always clean, and they never fail to make my drink just right. I love going there.
