Meat N' Bone - Miami

I highly recommend this restaurant. The quality of the meat is excellent, and the service is top-notch, making the dining experience very enjoyable. I love purchasing meat here and also dining at the restaurant frequently. Thank you, Juan Morales, for always providing us with a fantastic dinner experience.

I ordered game sausages, game steaks, and bluefin tuna from Meat n Bone and had it delivered to Colorado. The order arrived nicely packed, but there were some items missing. The frozen tuna was also treated with carbon monoxide, indicating lower quality meat. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you are looking for high-quality sushi-grade tuna. Even if they claim to ship outside their local area, there is a risk of receiving poor quality meat. The company does not take responsibility for any delayed deliveries.

Omg! this cut is beautiful. beautiful murmeln, well seasoned. I bought the 3-4lb picanha cut. with curse, garlic and black pepper seasoned and let it sit for an hour. about 3/4 inch thick butter and cut pieces.

After reading reviews of meat n bone, who experiences as my own describe, I decided to share my recent experience with meat n bones. I will start with the business and customer service being very good. from the order to the accelerated dispatch execution. that said I have received an unacceptable sample of a Wagyu/Angus boneless rib. with the time, the delivery, I opened the box to find my roast unsealed and freeze-burned. Frozen solid, but inappropriately packed. I contacted cs immediately the requested information and pictures. I asked for a full refund, and I was told there is nothing wrong, but a 25% refund. I immediately diced to plan b and ordered a 4 bone 45-day dry aged hand selected ribbing from debraga. I smoked both frying and made a blind taste test for 9 people. the result is that I do not order again from meat n bones. the risk of endangering an almost $500 order for a family dinner is too big.

Hands down the absolute best customer service of any business that I have ever dealt with. I am not saying this because they answered an email or phone call but they will bend over backwards to take care of you.This is my third time ordering fr them online and I can honestly say that unless a local butcher opened in the greater Jacksonville area and started selling wagyu picanha and iberico pork there is not another specialty meat butcher that I would use.Thanks to the team.
