La Estacion American Brasserie - Miami

We had planned a lunch to celebrate a colleague's 20th work anniversary at this restaurant. Colleagues from all over the county came to attend. However, when we arrived, we had to wait for several minutes for a host to greet us at the host stand. Despite several staff members walking by, no one attended to us. We were then informed that they were unsure if they could honor our reservation because a private event had taken over the dining room. This was surprising since we had confirmed our attendance through the OpenTable app. Eventually, they managed to accommodate all 10 of us at two small, uneven tables near the front of the restaurant. Unfortunately, we could barely hear each other over the DJ in the food hall, which was not the celebratory ambiance we had hoped for. As regular customers who work nearby, we did not feel well treated on that occasion and may reconsider making future reservations at this restaurant.

Excellent service! Amazing food and wonderful wine selection! Great ambiance! Beautiful place to dine at and good place to celebrate a special occasion. I highly recommend it!

This is a hidden gem inside Downtown Miami. I would definitely come back and recommend. Don't miss this summer!!!

The service at this restaurant was awful. We waited 25 minutes just to get a glass of water and we didn't know who our server was as different people came to our table each time. We had to keep asking for water, utensils, and refills. It was my first time at this restaurant and I brought my family there for Mother's Day, but I was completely embarrassed by the poor service. I would not go back or recommend this place unless they improve their service.

The restaurant is amazing and the food is excellent. It's a great value for the price. We had two main courses and a bottle of wine for $100, which is rare to find in Miami.
