Dr Smood - Miami

I stopped by this restaurant for a quick lunch while exploring the Wynwood area. The menu mainly focuses on healthy options such as bowls, smoothies, and juices. I ordered the wild rice spinach bowl with vegan meatballs for my protein choice. Unfortunately, the food was just average. The meatballs were decent, but I wasn't a fan of them being served cold. Overall, I found the prices to be too high for the quality of the food.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is wonderful. It focuses on healthy food options. While I appreciate health-conscious choices, I found the food to be mediocre. I tried their pre-made salads, avocado toast, and hazelnut toast. The hazelnut toast was my favorite, but it tasted homemade rather than professionally made. I wasn't impressed with anything else. The prices are high for the portion size and bland flavor. The milkshakes are tasty though. They also sell their products at my local Whole Foods, which is convenient. I probably wouldn't visit again.

Some great vegan options that are very well labelled. The food is very health orientated but still extremely tasty. Only downside is the price. Amazing array of smoothies and juices available
