Bidrage med feedbackI had a Stellar Dinning experience at Sweet Liberty Drinks Supply Company! My friend had a dinner in Miami and didn't want to go there alone. I thought it was a good chance for me to try something new in Miami. I stumbled over Sweet Liberty... I sat in the bar like myself. The bartender was quick to welcome me and shared that they had Happy Hour Specials by 8:00. I started with the old Oaxacan fashion that was a turn on the normal old fashion. It was made with Mezcal, Amaretto, Mr Black, Mint Chocolate Bitters, Agave and Espresso! I also have half a dozen West Coast oysters that were sweet and briny. For my meal, the bartender beat the Korean short bands with Shishito Peppers, and homemade macaroni salad. I can only say what... the short ribs were tasteful and delicate, the paprika were perfectly cooked, and the macaroni salad was the best I ever had. I finished the meal with a traditional old fashion that was perfectly made. I would definitely suggest giving this restaurant an attempt... I know I'm back!
LOOOVE the environment, drinks, service, music I love it all here. It's a nice bar to hang around with friends or a date. The DJ on a Friday night plays all kinds of oldies, but goodies, perfect for a lot. The place itself is decent and not too crowded as more than half of the bars on the beach. I can't say much about the food because I drank more than eating. The server was attentive and efficient. Our drinks never came down, so that's a plus. Love this bar and it is consistency.
Second trip to Sweet Liberty and we on the Cuban night. They had live music and then some dancers appeared, a guy gave Bacardi Rum, another guy who makes cigars and handed them out. Lucky for us we get a real home of Cuba as our waitress Laura. She was fantastic! Great suggestions. Once again, the oysters had as an appetizer and a few cocktails. I really liked the chic Paloma. In the Cuban night, I had to go to the Cuban Torta. It was loaded with taste and a huge part. Truffleries were soooo good. We just let Laura say what to order and everything was perfect! The place was very busy and energetic playing with the live Latin music. I could have stayed all night.
Happy Hour's life, freedom and pursuit. You already have it available through happy hour every day! This made a simple planning as we are not local in Miami. Another bonus, oysters! That was really the main reason we wanted to come by and it was def worth the stop. The seat was simple. Vibe was funny and casual. The staff was friendly and our waiter was helpful and attentive. East Coast oysters were .95 cents and West Coast Oysters were $1.95. We ordered 6 of everyone to see what we would enjoy more. The battle on the coast was close, but the east coast is better. Maybe it's something in her ocean. We ordered another dozen and enjoyed their whisky sours and Estrella beers. All in all, I would come back for her happy hour and try to meet her night scene.
