Sugar Factory Express Espanola Way

Nice place, with poor service , food was not all available and parking was inconvenient. It was an overall okay experience but not my first choice in the future

It was just bad all around, the only good thing about this place was the server, whom was the hostess also, the menu was more like a book but a lot of their item they didn’t have, the food was terrible worst then gas station food! And we tried multiple different items burgers, paninis a salad

Food was cold, server brought manager over and they offered to reheat it. Food came back cold. When calamari came out it had a strong fishy smell, I order calamari if it’s available as an appetizer any where I go but have never had one smell so bad.

Dirty seats. Service was poor and with an attitude.

Restaurant was about 20% full, yet it took forever to take our order, for our drinks to arrive, and for our food to arrive. When it did arrive, the appetizer was delivered with the entree, the fries were cold, and the food itself was uneventful. I would avoid this place going forward.
