La Côte - Miami Beach

Food, drinks and service were better than expected for a beachfront Miami Resort. They definitely pay to be here, appreciate the quality food. Enjoy the Miami Last to put you in vacation mode, Octtopus was good, Burrata Salat was nice and delicious. Friends got the cereal salad with shrimps and Mediterranean salad, both were somewhat underwhelming. Easy $70-100 pp for drinks and lunch.

Far better when Hilton ran the Fontainebleau. Towers level breakfast with mangos and papayas. Fantastic food in penthouse 5 to 7 pm reception. Service was so good they were treating you like royalty. What happened ? Oh well, things change. This was my favorite Hotel. Guess it's time to stay at The Eden Roc. Thanks and farewell Fontainebleau Chateau Towers level.

Absolutely hands down one of the best pool side places for lunch at FountaineBleau! As a frequent visitor here I always order the tartare and I enjoy the bartenders who now know me as a regular here!

La Cote restaurant, at the Fountaineblue was great out doors setting. Music and the entertainment from the bartender made great experience. Food was flavorful and the drinks was refreshing. Was a little light on the alcohol, but refreshing. Nice little stop.

Amazing time? the music and ambiance lured us in from our pool side cabana. We order a few things but the lobster pasta was full of flavor and amazing.
