Dunkin' Donuts - Miami Beach

Dunkin' on the alton road in miami beach is a well managed dunkin' location that has everything they need and more. I was happy with all those shopping I made from here. the personal here is very friendly and accommodating.

This Dunkin I can‘t recommend at all. The staff is very unfriendly and always in a hurry. I‘m really dissapointed, I‘m a tourist so English is my second language and I‘m not perfect in it. And in this store they have absolutely no understanding for this and they just act total unfriendly!Just go to the Mc‘donalds on the opposite of the street!

The manager Olga customer service is horrible! She comes off as very rude and obnoxious!!! Find a new manager DD because your manager sets the workplace culture; she's demonstrating extremely poor leadership with this attitude.

Dirty place. 2 restrooms out of order for years. That place doesn't follow any company standards. Just have sign.

Staff here really are great full of personality! It’s in a unique location in terms of what’s going on with all the building and construction at this location. A new building recently was constructed around and above the existing Dunkin’ Donuts that also includes a rooftop movie theater. so at times, parking can be very limited with the construction vehicles, cement trucks, etc. as this project is still ongoing.
