Carmelo Italian Grill - Miami Beach

We ordered our food and drinks. They took the drinks and apps. Then they tell us that they don't have more pizza available (yes people who say after we get pizza? We ordered something else, and after it came, we ask for a page of pasta to go with it. Get the bill and they charged us for $10 for the small side of Pasta. It won't be back.

We placed our order for food and drinks at the restaurant. Our drinks and appetizers were served first, followed by the news that they no longer had pizza available, despite others being served pizza after us. We decided on another option and requested a side of pasta to accompany the dish. Upon receiving the bill, we were surprised to see a charge of $10 for the small side of pasta. This experience was disappointing and we do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

I just had an amazing lunch at this restaurant! The lunch menu had unbelievable prices - I had a 12 oz steak and fries for under $10 and it was cooked perfectly! We even received a free dessert as part of a promotion. The staff was attentive, courteous, and professional. We will definitely be returning! It was a nice break during a perfect day of shopping.

We visited Miami for a weekend and had an amazing experience at this restaurant! We tried several places while in town, but none of them compared to the exceptional service we received here. Our server Liz was fantastic, always smiling and making us feel right at home. The overall service in Miami Beach can be hit or miss due to the automatic gratuity added to bills, but Liz went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. She guided us through the menu, made recommendations, and the food was delicious. The drinks were strong and flavorful, and the staff checked on us frequently. The team, including Mary who helped with our reservation, was attentive and made us feel welcome. If you're looking for a place with great food and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go. We would definitely return and highly recommend it. The hookah was also fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful experience - we'll definitely be back next time we're in Miami!

Sorry, everything went fine. Customer service was incredible. It looked like other were treated similarly if not better. Which I hope. You have to keep you consistency. I find it hard to give a great review when others are not having the best experience. I really loved the entire experience honestly i might hVe to switch it to 5 stars ...the server was really awesome. And the employee showing us the menu. They even catered to my specialty appetite while im here on my 30th bday before we sat down. They gave us out discount and highlighted it.
