Very good meal in Pampre, it is rare to find a restaurant of this standing that offers vegan dishes. The card includes a vegetarian menu (the rest of the card is not with two choices of inputs/plat/dessert, of which at least one option can be requested in vegan version (attention to be specified as the vegan options are probably vegetarian at the base, but are suitable. The menu was composed of: a mini aperitif (gressins and tapenade; a selection of small plant amuseums (including truffle artichokes, which was probably not vegan, but vegan; an entry (1 vegetarian option and 1 vegan option); a dish (2 vegan options; a vegan cheese tray of Lorraine Small vegans; a dessert (1 vegetarian option and 1 vegan option). The menu we took was asparagus to yuzu in different textures (crunchy, purée, lamelles in entry, garden vegetables (navets, carrots, artichokes, peas, beets... and flat flowers, and strawberries with a basil sorbet and a crunching tile in dessert strawberry. If it were to be done again we might have opted for the other dish, this one being a little less good compared to the rest of the meal. It is not given but for a gourmet restaurant the value for money is good, and the meal is hearty. The map changes according to the seasons and the emphasis is on local products. The service was very well with very good servers.

Very good experience in this superb establishment. We chose the menu in 8 dishes and we were very pleasantly surprised by each dish. Apart from excellent food, we were very well received. The waiter team was friendly, we had good advice for the wine and they respected the fact that my wife did not like the peppers by replacing her dessert with another as desired. In addition, the frame with a view of the cathedral does not spoil anything to experience!
