So disappointed with this place. We arrived here at a Friday night, the place was full so we decided to find another place. Their attendant approached us and asked us if we're okay with their al fresco. We're fine with it so they set the table. Upon giving our order, we waited for 30 long minutes if not for my friend who stood at the cashier's stand and asked that our food be served. Upon serving of the food ingredients, one of the electric stoves was not working. Another delayed cooking. One more thing, the inclusions in the menu that we ordered were not served completely. We still have to remind them of each item we ordered. We were so hungry that we just whatever is cooked from ths hotpot. I was just so dead hungry. After cooking from the hotpot, they fixed their things and left our table like this (see attached photo). So much things happened last night and I won't eat here again nor recommend this to my friends. I really felt that we were set aside in favor of other customers. I was willing to hear them sorry but there were no apologies. Don't visit here on a Friday night especially when they're full house. They won't even care less about you.

Ambiance is good, service is really great, the staff is very attentive and they even taught us the better sequence of cooking the vegetables and meat. The soup taste so good. We will definitely come back to try more of their dishes especially their wide range soups!

I tried their shabu shabu and I liked a lot of their products. I liked the fish cube with cheese, squid tempura, fresh water fish ball and king crab. I did not like so much the lotus roots, fresh seaweed and the taro soup pao. I also had their stir fry cabbage and it was passable at best.

I had the tomato rice with meat. It was okay. Nothing out of the ordinary. For the price of 280 I expected a bit more. The shrimp pepper though I liked. Very crunchy and tasty. I think I will go back here again but will avoid the tomato rice.
