Sugar Factory - Metro Manila

The food was delicious overall and the portions were really huge! However, the thin steak was not acceptable for its price ... ???? Anyway, the hotel and the service were amazing!

The sugar factory is definitely the right place for young and old. A pulsating ambience, courteous staff and fast service. I ordered their Calamari Fritti (Php235.00), Lemon Herbed Chicken (Php495.00) and Truffle Alfredo (Php535.00). Almost all starters and pasta are suitable for 2-3 people. The price certainly makes up for the huge portion, presentation, and delicious taste. For dessert I ordered their banana split (Php530.00). This is a must do. I will definitely be back to try other starters and their couture pops.

Drinks were unique and really good. You can choose if you wanted it with alcohol or not. They have cocktails with gummy bears and sour tape also orange & chocolate, mint & chocolate and smores martinis. If you're with a big group, the goblet is a great option. They pour the cocktail mix in front of you and the liquid nitrogen will activate and create smoke. Food was okay. We had the vongole which was bad. ✌???? It wasn't seasoned so we still asked for parmesan and salt. But the crepe was really good. The graham crackers were kinda stale but it was still good. I guess this place is great with their cocktails and desserts and it's worth a try. ????

Ordered "The Classic" for dessert. The presentation was good as was the chocolate ice cream. The chocolate chip cookie was a little hard. It would have been a perfect item if it had been bulkier. The biscuit, which was dry and hard, didn't contrast well with whipped cream and ice cream.

I like cocktails and this place has wonderful cocktails and if you are not into alcohol you can get them alcohol free and still have a great experience. I went there with my 5 year old too and he loves the place. Overall, a great place for a family Sunday lunch and a nice milkshake
