Motorino Pizzeria Napoletana

Was delighted to find really good quality pizza and pasta at motorino. Was quite surprised at just how good the marguerite pizza was. Plain but full of flavor. Very convenient when staying this end of the fort.

Did not expect it to be good! I mean, they had pizza as the restaurant name for a reason, that's for sure but I already heard a lot of contradicting reviews about the place so I kept my expectations at bay. Good thing I did because at least, I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered their all meat pizza and two pastas. I think one was the Carbonara and the other was Amatriciana. The carbonara was so plain because we did not opted for the add-on but surprisingly tasty. It was better than Amatriciana but for the love of bacon, I still enjoyed every bite of it. The pizza was good! Perfect crisp and freshest ingredients, what else can I ask for? Not really happy with the bill but can't complain because we were able to feed three growling stomachs and had some pasta left to-go.

Visited this place on a Sunday afternoon and I was surprised to see that the place was empty. In fact, it remained empty the whole time we were there. We availed of the Deal Grocer coupon (Php360 for Php500 worth of food), and got the Clams and Bacon Pasta and the Salame Pizza.  As for the pasta, the noodles were firm but sticky (not sure if it was deliberate or not). The clams were perfectly cooked and the flavors blended excellently. The Salame Pizza was good but not exceptional. The crust was thick and chewy. Although there were a few areas that were lightly burned, they were tolerable. Loved the natural lighting, so would probably come back for its ambiance.

Wine and dessert! Unlimited wine @395 for 90 minutes? Not bad! A big bowl of gelato for the win! Try their salted caramel flavor! It's worth it! ????

Loving their pizza!!! A fresh delivered, high quality taste that you'd definitely can't get enough. Can't wait to visit their shop in bgc to try their other menu too.
