Marks and Spencer Cafe - Metro Manila

I come here because it looks like I imagine that Bridget Jones' Pantry would look like. It certainly has most of the food she loves in the novels. Pastries are not great, save for your pain au chocolat. I am partly to your pre-packed Cheddar Scones and the chocolate covered honeycombs. In this special night we tried their coffee - Cappuccino, Caramel Latte, and Mokka ... all average tasting, but they had a P75 promo on coffee, so not bad ????

I was actually in a rush and I devoured my pastry before I even photographed photos. I could only save one that I took with Snapchat, the best chocolate chip biscuits I've ever tasted. The white chocolate was ethereal. I also ordered the raspberry juice and the croissant of chocolate. They were all good. ????

Mark's and Spencers has always been known for their laidback and basic clothing line, but also they are famous for their small stall of food that shoppers would always buy whenever they shop for a new clothes. Now, they opened a stand alone food store which caters to our needs for their food. I specifically loved their cookies and pastries (Their white chocolate cookie has been the best cookie that I've ever tasted, it's freshly baked and you could also taste the rich melted white chocolate.  Tip: they usually drop their pastries and cookies 50% off, 1 hour before closing time.  This is the go to place if you are craving for a sweets that would satisfy your cravings.

Normally, I think of an Americano and cookie, the pastry is fresh and the staff that is so helpful. You will even warm your biscuit so it's warm and soft. Leiser as a starbucks and nice to relax.

I love only the classic old, old-fashioned sugar donut by Marks and Spencers, even in Hong Kong
