Bidrage med feedbackWe visited this restaurant for dinner and found the atmosphere to be nice and cozy. The staff was pleasant and helpful, providing excellent service. The utensils were promptly changed and our water glasses were refilled when needed. The food we ordered was excellent, particularly the 4-course menu which included Eier and mushroom dishes. The soft boiled egg, puree, and prosciutto were delicious. The portion sizes were generous, especially for the starters. The carbonara was well prepared and slightly different from traditional Italian carbonara, but still very good. The scissor nativity dish was wonderful, with polenta and mushrooms complementing the tender beef. I also tried the Wagyu-Rind beef, which was fantastic. Lastly, the Lemon-Curd dessert was tangy and refreshing, though I would have preferred it to be colder. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning in the future.
We opted for the 6-course set menu and were a bit pressed for time, so I inquired before placing our order if the service would be quick. We were reassured that as long as we ate quickly, they would be able to serve us promptly. Overall, the food was good and satisfying. There is still a restaurant in BGC that serves high-quality food. I will definitely come back again.
We decided to try the tasting menu for its variety and were not expecting much due to the mixed reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised that all six courses (priced at 3,900php per person) were delightful. My favorite dishes were the foie gras, seabass d’o, and wagyu cheek. The wine list was decent, but they did not have any rosé available. The formal interior suggested a formal dress code, although some guests were dressed casually. While it was not a cheap experience, we had a great time and left satisfied.
Overrated and overpriced! the wobble soufflé and the chocolate mousse were good, but the main dish « roasted boar » was a simple lechon kawali, usually found in each carinderia. be careful with the waitress named clarisse. a cheerful! while we still decide what to order, we first asked for water. it came with a bottle of 1 liter Italian foam water. I'm glad we took it! but somewhere in the middle of the meal she poured a lush amount of water in one person glass, just to ask me (which had not a single drop 2. portion water) « do they want to order another bottle? »
Heard good reviews for this restaurant thus had dinner on my wife’s birthday. Choice of 3 or 5 course fix menu so we all got 5 course meals. Found the food creative, tasty and delightful and relatively not too expensive. Loved the crab cannelloni, truffle...cacio e pepe and duck 2 ways. A disappointment with the lamb 2 ways that my wife chose which was a bit tough and she requested a change to duck 2 ways which was done right away. Also the red wine list only had PHP 3800 to 4200 wines available as the PHP 2000+ wines were not available so we got a proseco instead but really wanted red wine. Nonetheless definitely a restaurant to try.
