Pizza Hut - Methuen

I particularly don't like to write negative critikens, but I give them only 1 star, because the zimtstift was actually good. I usually don't order pizza hat, but I have to admit that I enjoy her stuff crust pizza. I will never order from this place, that is the second time in less than 30 days that she sent me a pizza that is not completely baked. bring it together if they don't eat it, don't separate it!

I put my order online as I did in the rule this was my way to do on weekning pizza party in the work, game evenings. I put my order on the last Thursday at 18.23 clock and at 8 I realized that the tracker has delivered for an hour and nothing. I called and I was told that I should get it every minute, waited another hour and nothing I called to cancel it after she waited 2 and half plus hours she kept me “I still know her names because she has the name of my girlfriend, but nobody in hardships didn’t mean style “ and said we’re going to transfer them, waited for her to keep 20 minutes, as I just realized I just hanged up someday. they lost me as a faithful customer over $38.48, who still accused my card and never came to eat. read the reviews they have done to many people.

I ordered doordarshan through this place. my order was the pizza with mushrooms. no mushrooms were on and the pizza was not even cut. I ordered filled crust so it costs extra, but crust would fall if they got a piece. better.

I was there the other day, I ordered a big cheese and bread sticks. order was around 12:51, I waited well over 40 minutes before I went to the counter. another customer went up right in front of me, the worker behind the theke wrote on her handy away and ignored several attempts from us to get their attention. when another employee showed up to help us, my order has been in the warmer for a while without anyone calling the order. I'm not coming back to this facility.

I’ve tried hard with this specific location. There are many amazing great local pizza spots but occasionally I want an original hut experience. It’s nostalgic .This place on Haverhill street for the past 5 years or maybe even more has failed to meet any standards of a good pizza spot. Delivery always takes longer than advertised (now they’re using door dash) .The pizza itself is oddly almost never fully cooked and I wish I was exaggerating. It’s pathetic that Ive gotten so many free items because of “mistakes” just for this location to perform the same error. Missing items or completely some else’s order has occurred many times even AFTER complaining. The breads are typically over cooked but the pizza is raw.. explain ? This has been ongoing for years . I’d rather get pizza from the target Pizza Hut express down the street. The only thing this place doesn’t mess up is the pastas .. that’s if they even have the sauce for the pasta you want . Unbelievable.1 star because I have to . Never going to this spot again , I’d rather see the space go to a better business.
