Wonderful staff and great food. The place doesn't look like much from the outside, and we almost drove away, but once inside it is very welcoming and we were immediately welcomed. My wife got the cup Broccoli cheddar soup that looked more like a bowl soup, very creamy and delicious. I have the mixed barbecue with chickens, Sirloin tips and sausages. The tips and the chicken were great, the sausage was okay. Maybe it was me, but the sausage didn't do much to me. The others in our party got the fried fish plate with onion rings, hamburgers and also a pizza. Only Rave reviews from everyone. We also ordered Martinis who were fantastic. I usually regret ordering a martini because it never corresponds to the description, but this time he exceeded my expectations. The server was friendly and attentive. We are already planning a return visit.

The service is very friendly and personal, but not intrusive. Cosy bar and restaurant with magnificent river views! The food was made an order and excellent. Pistachio martini is uniquely delicious! Every drink we had ordered had balanced flavors was definitely not watered down! From grilled cheese to pizza to our fried fish, the food was delivered with care.

My family lived in a nearby hotel, and I chose white horse for dinner on a Friday night based on Google reviews. Great choice! Watched as mostly local customers. Google description says fine food, but it's not more a local bar with great food. Seafood was really fresh, well cooked and cheap. Chowder, scallops, onion rings, spinach, fish tacos were all excellent. Everything was on the well-worn side, on spicy things I like. Two children shared a 10 pizza that was easy to 14. Pizza sauce was a bit too sweet for me, but I'm from Chicago and that's probably personal preference. Service was very friendly and attentive.

Great food, quick service, and friendly staff. Plus, you can launch your boat in the back for just $10 or $15 for the day!
