The Omakase Japanese style raging in places like NYC and LA now has a bastion here in the provinces, in a stylish location next to Whole Foods in Metairie. Great had rolls, quality fish and Japanese food favorites executed with style and competence. Good to see this style of Japanese cuisine finding roots here at home.

The Chef has extensive experience in the art and is able to share his talent through a very creative menu, offering truly rare and hard to find delicacies of the highest quality. No shortcuts here and the preparation is flawless.

Phenomenal experience. Came on a busy weeknight and were seated promptly. We ordered drinks and food, but when the bar was behind on prepping drinks, our server brought us soup on the house.The drinks were delicious, and the food is incredibly fresh. Presentation was impressive as well. Definitely will be back.
