I made a mobile order and had to wait 20 minutes to eat. terrible service, long waiting times and much too expensive. the sad part is not the only place that does this. wendy is no longer a stop for me. I'm sorry you all need a change.
We must support our youth and restore the human connection. my front counter was not at a good place to take orders from the public. I think this engagement begins in an early age and probably home. the community begins to save here. we support our local community and motivate them to do the right thing! the connection starts here!
I went through the drive-thru, because I had a hunger for riding and ice and there is no better place to get both in wendy’s. they were fast and efficient to my order to me. but when they waited to return my card, a worker blew his arm with a bag eating out the window. I was a little confused and politicized saying it wasn't mine and they reacted with a very sassy and almost rude note. the girl who worked the drive thru was polite for me and gave my card back, but the other worker ruined the experience and frightened my mood.
Went there at 7 am to order food and no one took my order but guy outside smoking saying he just got there he not on the clock which they open fa 630 for drive thur every time I try to come to this wendys it's always horrible
I just bought two Singles with cheese via the drive through. Once I got home I was rewarded with two Singles without cheese on the stalest buns I've ever received. They were unyielding to the touch and chewy on the inside. This is the second time this has happened. I won't be returning for a 3rd strike. I'm glad the crew was having such a good time at work. Bad food/bad service.
