Sweet Handkraft - Metairie

We got the Pandan Bubble Waffle with Pandan Ice Cream $9.00), the Bulgogi Korean Egg Toast $10.00), and the Ube Latte with Real Ube Jam $6.50). Everything was really good! The service was nice as well. The inside was a bit clustered, but the decorum was still neat. I did wish that the toast would be bigger like the ones you would get in Houston especially for $10.00. Sweet Handkraft is definitely on the pricier side, but I'd still come back once in a while since everything was still tasty.

Great cookies, delicious ice cream, and amazing coffee. Nothing negative to say about it, it's a great spot if you have a sweet tooth. I had the peanut butter chocolate cookie and the chocolate chip cookie, both very large in size. About the size of my hand. I decided I'd pop them in my air Grier once I got home since I do prefer my cookies warm. After doing so they tasted terrific, some of the best cookies I've ever had as a matter of fact. And for the ice cream I got the coffee flavored. The Vietnamese ice cream was different than your traditional ice cream, much more gooey and almost custardy. Very delicious and I highly recommend trying it. Coffee was great, can't complain. All in all , you gotta try this place whenever you're in the Metairie area. 10/10

Excellent customer services. Wonderful selection of ice creams different flavors of cookies. Too Many choices for just one visit but have to recommend the Mochi beignet box because these were really tasty different in texture. Somebody else got a savory toast dish that was huge. I bought The Vietnamese coffee ice cream to take home for the freezer because it's too late to enjoy caffeine today. Ample safe parking they have tables with chairs for those who want to sit visit. I'm really glad I tried this cute place.

Ice cream I ordered was very good. But customer service was awful. The lady in front of me ordered Vanilla Bean and the guy that waited on her kept asking if she was sure she wanted boring vanilla when they had other choices and he kept it up even after she said that's what I like. I went to the register to pay and the cashier was very young, my total was $10.92 and I gave her $21 and I told her, here is $21 so that I can get a $10 back but she punched in $11 and insisted that I gave her a $10 and a $1 The manager (I assume) came over and said well she said it was a 10 not a 20. I asked if his cameras worked and he said they did, I asked him to check the camera and he refused. He did give me the $10 but he refused to take my number to let me know that the register would not be short at the end of the night. They were about to close. He also would not look at me and ignored me. I will never be back.

Great great great desserts. That croissant waffle cone is yum yum yum. Use cookie is very good.
