Reginelli's Pizzeria - Metairie

So I go all the way over there because the one by my house is closed. I get there and the pizza I wanted isn't on the menu. Disappointed, but there are others I like there. Ok, so somebody comes and takes my drink order. Then I sit there… for 20 minutes. Nobody takes my food order. I wasn't there because I was thirsty…I was hungry. Hardly anyone dining in, staff busy cleaning empty tables, but couldn't wait on me. I got up, offered to pay for my drink and left. I'm at Theos now.

Well, I was in the hospitality industry for many years. I give many opportunities because I can usually understand certain issues that could arise at any moment on any shift in a restaurant. However, this has been the fourth time and usually I say three strikes your out. I placed an online order for the Uptowner. Mind you the first time I ordered it, it seemed to have a decent ratio of all the ingredients including meat to bread with all other ingredients intact and the meat seemed to be brine s … – show

Ordered the Detroit pizza. It was a little too cheesy but overall good. Plis the service was excellent. One of my favorite pizza places. Will return in the future

I never had anyone ask me if I wanted a fresh drink because it looked watered down. Awesome

I like the place but was somewhat disappointed they would charge me $0.75 to put mayonnaise on my sandwich. I asked if they had mayonnaise and they said yes but didn't tell me they would charge me for it. I know it's only $0.75 but I felt a little nickel and dimed.
