Always a line, with one register open. Employees stop waiting on customers to talk to each other. Just order French fries. Soggy and stale. Lakeside Mall is the ONLY poor service. Any other location is excellent.

Used their drive thru close to midnight and the food was still hot when I got to the hotel. Toast just toasted and the most friendliest window staff that chatted us up about Florida. Thanks for the meal when everyone else was closed!!!!

The food was good. I didn't feel what the hype was all about. If you've never eaten there it's worth a shot.

Pretty grossed out tonight when I went here. Girl working the front had her hand underneath her shirt scratching her underboob area or in close proximity to it and then taking orders, making drinks and touching everything else without washing her hands. Disgusting. Manager if you're reading this, it was this girl.
