Puccino's Coffee - Metairie

The atmosphere is okay. I wish they had more standings and a friendly staff.

Had a business meeting here. The atmosphere was very nice. Coffee was great. Only improvement would be if they could add some power supplies in the booths. The only one available was in the corner and there was someone already sitting there. The coffee was great and the staff was very nice. I was there for about 2 hours and felt very comfortable. I will be visiting again. It was an awesome spot to have a quick meeting. So if you're looking for some good coffee and a hardy lunch, make sure to check out Puccino's coffee.

This was my first visit to Puccino's so I did not know exactly what to get I asked questions and when I tell you this lady was the rudest person I have ever met in my life.. She needs to go to school and learn Customer Service Skills how can a establishment have someone like that serving there customers. Well they won't have to worry about getting my money back to Starbucks I go. It was the 424 Veterans Blvd. location

The coffee products are good but the service is abysmal at best. Extremely rude when asking for the wifi password and just rude overall. Frozen Puccino is really good but I'd rather take my business elsewhere based upon service.

It's always a pleasant experience and the food does not disappoint.
