Moe's Original Bbq Metairie

I want this BBQ sauce recipe!!! Baked beans and potato salad are my faves. But that BBQ sauce. Damn.

The wings and slaw were fantastic. Actually, it was all delicious. My only complaint is we didn't get our BBQ sauce and specifically asked if it was in the bag.

Meat was burnt. Mac and cheese was unseasoned. Banana pudding was good and decent. No napkins or cutlery with a to-go/ carryout order.

The ribs, turkey, and pulled Double Wide Pork were all flawless. Worthy of a 5 star rating. However, the potato salad was under seasoned and the potatoes were grossly undercooked. Not enough to ruin the meal but something to work on in the future.

Outstanding BBQ, ribs and chicken. Best in New Orleans.
