Fusion Cafe - Metairie

I got a Pork and Egg Roll Vermicelli Bowl. I thought the Pork was undercooked and fatty. The waiter gladly took it back to the kitchen and cooked it more and refreshed the entire bowl. I thought it was all done very professionally and kindly. I will go back to sample their Pho soups.....

The taste of the food here is so fresh and made by a true foodie.

Small seating area but fast and friendly service. food was made very good and fresh to order.

You've got to try this spot. Service and food are prompt and very good. First time going,.....but I will return.

So delicious! I ate the crab salad for an appetizer, the grilled shrimp vermicelli noodles for lunch, and a Vietnamese coffee for desert. Well I say ate, really I inhaled it because it was so good. Fast service and great prices! I was in and out in 20 minutes.
