Bidrage med feedbackI visited Wendy's and was the second customer in line. The counter person told me she would be with me, but instead waited and bagged four different orders. I was disappointed that she didn't take the time to help the customers waiting to order. After the person in front of me finally placed their order, I asked for a single cheeseburger and was told I would have to wait 8 minutes. When I asked for a frosty, I was able to order that without any issue. However, when I inquired about getting fries, I was told it would be a 10-minute wait. I decided to leave as the customer service was lacking. If they had been more friendly, I would have been willing to wait for my lunch. I took my business elsewhere.
This restaurant is just okay for fast food. The Wendy's app for ordering ahead online doesn't work, so you'll have to place your order in person if you want to use a coupon. I would give the food a rating of 3 out of 5.
I couldn't understand the drive-thru speaker and the food was extremely old, to the point where it was inedible even for children. It's located far away and I will not be returning.
What FastFood resturant tells you they Won't take your order because they have to many customers and their name board won't hold anymore. I'm sure they are not turning away the people at the drive through. What a joke. Where is the management at this place. If you can't handle the lunch rush maybe you should let another food establishment take over.
