Sonic Drive-in - Mesquite

Good burgers and fries...Love the shakes and slushie....Always go to Sonic, before Mc Donalds or Burger king...

The service is always great and the employees are very friendly, helpful, and nice.

They are kind, helpful, and pretty fast with getting food out to me. If its a big order, I'd plan for 5-10 minutes between ordering and them coming to the. Car.. but usually I only have to wait 5 or less minutes, and RARELY have my order messed up. Like probably once during the last 20 years of going here. Other sonics in mesquite have me waiting like 20 (kid you not) minutes most times, and i find myself realizing how good this sonic is and that I take their efficiency for granted.

I went to this sonic really to vent and get away for the evening. I received great service once my order was taken. Chris was very polite and compassionate while doing so and Shamantha showed excelllent customer service skills. Great team integrity shown!!! Would definitely come back to this location.

Great customer service! We choose to only come to this location more than any other in our direct area, came tonight shortly before closing and the manager Chris happened to be short staffed, was having to do ALOT on his own yet still came out to directly take out order said he recognized we are regulars, special order drinks always come out right they don't get frustrated or rush when we have to order for our family of 5
