Bidrage med feedbackWe?ve been going to this Sonic for many years, and it is a pretty busy location. Unfortunately the service has gone down hill at all Sonics through the years, but we love their shakes and blasts so we go when we want a treat. We?re also used to all Sonics taking a lot longer at getting you your food than most fast food restaurants, but this trip was ridiculous. We pulled up to a stall, push the button to order and the employee said we?re only taking drive thru orders at this time. We figure they?re short staffed so we back out and go to the drive thru. There were 2 cars ahead of us, which made us happy because it?s usually longer. They were out of everything I asked for. I wanted the Pretzel twist, they were out so I decided on not getting food, which made my husband decide on no food either. I then wanted an Oreo blast, they were out of Oreos. Then he rudely said ?we?re out of Snickers too!? Which I took as ?so don?t ask because I?m tired of you asking for things we?re out of?. So I decided on a chocolate shake and my husband ordered the Reese?s blast. It was about $17 or so and we pulled up. We waited for about 20 min when the first car finally received their food. The car ahead of us moved up, then about 10 min later we see one of the employees come up with a receipt and looks confused asking the people questions about their order. That?s when we decided we didn?t want to wait another 40 min to get 1 shake and 1 blast so we pulled out of the line, which built up really long behind us, and left. Absolutely not worth it.
Sonic is an American classic... Tonight when we went the employees were really kind and have great service. The Oreo shake my son got had barely any Oreo though. I know it's the case everywhere but things have gotten so expensive. I remember when sonic used to be cheap
Jason is the man! I ordered drive thru for my little girl, but forgot my wallet at home and I?d hope to use Apple Pay, but they did not accept it. I asked if I can come back and pay for it, and he said that would be okay. Thanks Jason for your politeness and kindness, for allowing me to do that, glad to see we still value honesty in these times.
This sonics situation is in the rule and in the rule. therefore I enjoy using the sonic app to order further. so when I get there, I'll let them know and we're all set. the carp are polite and polite in their manifoldisms. the service speed is typically fast. the menu is served hot and fresh. the outer of the restaurant is well maintained as the landscape of different trees and shrubs the pleasant environment of nature.
4 years going, still one of the slowest fast food places i have been too. Using a timer, reached 22 minutes waiting for a shake and some popcorn chicken. Watched multiple people leave due to the wait being too long. I would have as well if i didnt already pay. Same as it has been for years. Just something to expect from this Sonic.
