Pizza Hut - Mesa

Fast and cheap! the personal is always great! pizza makes me long for the 90s.

Paid $35 cash for a medium upper material and a big meat lover who was teig delivered, and seemed as if the order was rushed and quality was not taken into account. very dissatisfied with my experience. could not order in future from them again.

This place made us wait for 1 hour to correct an order that they made a mistake on. And the second pizza still was incorrect. Any other pizza hut is better than this place. Lazy, rude, slow employees. I would give them less than 1 star.

My family were REGULARS until today! Ordered a pizza and while the money was taken out of my account 1 min later I received a call at 8:06 pm that I would not be receiving my pizza because the store closed at 8pm and that I would be receiving my money in 3-5 days have a nice day and was hung up on! When the site clearly states closes at 12am!! This is the second time and last time this happens! Just close the whole store already!!!

Ordered 4 sides of ranch and only received 1. It was only after the food was delivered that I called and they told me they ran out even though I paid for 4. On top of that everything was overcooked and the manager said the cook said he didn't overcook it so it must not be true. Was told I'd get a refund for my $52 and still haven't. On top of that my boyfriend ordered from here before. An hour and a half went by so he called and they said since they couldn't find the apartment they took the pizza back (without notifying him), and said they would reimburse him and they didn't.
