First Watch - Mesa

Excellent food and atmosphere. The service was also top Notch. Our waiter was there for 4 days and was better than half the servers we get. I had the club sandwich with a Cobb salad. The sandwich was light and airy and the salad has the right amount of toppings. My wife had the pancake with lemon. It was a little too sweet for me, but she loved it. The strawberries somehow made it less sweet. I would definitely recommend for a well made quick meal.

There are many reasons to love a restaurant. But one of the most overlooked in today's market is great customer service. First Watch is not just a stellar place to eat, it is a first-class customer service experience experience- everyone. Single. Time. I love First Watch. The food is happy, the prices are reasonable, the vibe is funny and not liquid, and the staff is by far the most friendly, efficient and helpful bunch of people you meet bring your breakfast. I used to be at First Watch. Today was the visit with a large group of us - a Saturday morning hockey club. About 15 of us came to enjoy charging, eating, hanging with our buds. The staff was super gracious and set up a long table where we could all be together and enjoy breakfast. The waitress took our drinks orders quickly and we quickly got drinks. Love it. I ordered 2 chopped eggs, a BLT sandwich, potato peel and toast. The eggs were perfect. The toast was warm and delicious. The roast potatoes were excellent. The BLT was absolutely stellar. Everything came hot and was better than I expected. My son regularly ordered pancakes and a record of millions of dollars of bacon. I tried. They were extraordinary. The regular order of pancakes was two monstrous but fluffy pancakes. Love it. The prices were reasonable, and I had leftovers to bring home, so was the size of the portions. But the star of this location is the beautiful staff. Our waitress suffered our great amount, flood orders, additional flood of custom inquiries and did it all with a real kindness and efficiency that made our visit a gray experience. Love this place! I'll be back!

I wasn't in an First Watch restaurant as I was a teenager (currently 36) and I have something super basic at that time in a place in downtown Phoenix. Fast forward 20 years and OMG!! We thought here for brunch after an appointment in the area before we returned home (we live in Casa Grande). I'm so glad we did this because this restaurant is by far the best overall experience we ate. The interior is absolutely stunning!! Phenomenal energy flows through. The staff was friendly, helpful, committed, effective, accurate and overall pleasant! If I had more money to hand, we would have tipped our server WAY MORE! We gave her a lot of money I had on me. The food was beautiful, perfectly cooked, tasted absolutely amazing! At one point I’m pretty sure that our table is the “When Harry Met Sally” Diner scene lol jk All jokes aside, definitely the BEST breakfast food I tasted in my whole life! I had the pancakes with eggs, bacon and breakfast cakes I can't remember for life what my husband ordered, but he was also blown away from food, personnel and the environment. I wish I could give them more than 5!!!! Pricing is really good, especially for the quality you get!! I also ordered her lavender drink, I think it was called “Purple Haze”

I forgot how good breakfast is here. Paige served us and she was super friendly. The entire customer service experience was friendly. My wife loved her biscuits and turkey sword and I had the traditional breakfast that crispy as always after bacon and it was delicious!

Craving breakfast post workout and my kids highly recommended first watch. Great service and tasty food. Million dollar bacon was superb. Breakfast tacos were dynamite. Pancakes with lemon curd and strawberries were all the dessert we could fit in. I'm looking forward to going back.
