Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Mesa

(7-21-22) Yesterday, my friends and I went here for lunch. I really enjoyed the rotisserie bites and the chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. Michelle and Rachel were very polite and helpful.

I went there twice. Both times after my late shift. The first time I was there 30 minutes before they were closing and I got cold, dry and hard fries with my order. They just seemed to give me whatever was left in the fryer. The second time I was there20 minutes before they closed and I was only able to order items out of their freezer. Seems like they clean and closeeverything up 30 40 minutes before they close.

Ordered a pick up order and was given the wrong order. They replaced it without question.

I have to say when I went into the door, I saw the lobby was clean and very welcoming. my experience in register was just better than I was greeted by brandon. he was thoroughly in the explanation of the various wise as my heath blubbard could be made and I thank them for coming into the load. my wife and I are winter visitors and never get the experience in our dq in illinois like this.
