Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mesa

After eating from here three times we decided not anymore. the proteins always appear over boiled. sometimes the burritos are all reis and not much of anything else. they often forget to insert the ordered articles on the apps. eating is not ready in the pickup areas and they need to ask for it to be preserved. some of the employees don't seem to want to be there. as for the overall taste it is never consistent and usually tastes overcooked. it's really a bummer.

Im tired of chipotle employees skimping on portions because they think its too much food. Chipotle’s whole thing is selling big burritos. Just because you eat a handful of seeds and an orange slice a day doesn’t mean you should skimp paying customers on there orders. Im done. I’ve complained and they treat you like you’re a psychopath when you do or ask for a little more of any ingredient. Im team Qdoba now. Good luck selling 11$ the size of 2$ burritos you buy at taco bell.

We go to this location very often and haven’t experienced this bad of service before. They tried to get us out the door as fast as possible and could not comprehend words. There was maybe two people in line with me… so no rush at all. Don’t ask for extra meat as you won’t get your moneys worth.

Had order delivered from this location. They added sour cream to my bowl which had no dairy selected because I'm intolerant. Added extra chicken option and didn't even get the usually single serving size of chicken. This chipotle sucks

I was dirty and starving from working real hard. I came in looking rough and was definitely treated as such. Since they have a hard time serving hard working hungry people I will find a different Chipotle to go to. 3 stars for the burritos.
