Bidrage med feedbackWent in for the 3 to 5 mon-fri special, $5 unlimited bowling includes shoes. We had a party of 9. We got there at 2:50pm and told we could only get one lane due to high school bowling at 4pm. Half of the lanes were blocked off. They allow 5 people per lane, so we put all the kids on it. We eventually were able to get a second lane.Just confused as to why they would have a special when they can't even honor it.Then at the end we were in the 9th and 10th frame and they shut down the lane at 5pm, I mean the game was paid for, you can't even finish the game when you're that far along?Staff was okay, man was rude about taking a water bottle back out to my car, plenty of people had outside water bottles. On a positive note, they were accommodating for my toddler bowling for the first time. Was able to do bumpers, shoes his size, and the slide for his ball.We had a nice time, could definitely be some changes. And like others had mentioned, trash cans everywhere, due to leaks from the ceiling.
This was a really nice bowling alley, with plenty of seating. It has multiple lockers to safely store your personal items, a nice size arcade for those young ones who may want to take a break from bowling, an array of bowling balls, and a small, cute apparel store. The bathrooms have been recently re-done and are the cleanest, brightest bowling alley bathrooms I've ever been in! Although this bowling ally doesn't have a food bar/concession stand, it does have a nice size Mexican restaurant and bar inside the alley if you find yourself ready for a bite to eat. For being an older bowling alley, it is very well kept, and the staff are extremely friendly. The only downfall would be the location of the alley. Although there is plenty of parking, getting in and out of the parking lot can take a very long time due to it is an extremely high traffic area. We had a blast visiting this alley and would recommend giving it a try, but you may want to time your visit during non high traffic times.
My oldest daughter had her birthday on Sunday July 9th! It was a great time! The 2 girls working both named Emily) who were our hosts were super kind and attentive! The price for the party included pizza, drinks, 90 mins of bowling, a card with tokens to use at the arcade and they had everything set up nicely when we arrived! She had a great time with her friends!
My niece came to visit and on her last day in town, we decided to take her bowling. We arrived at the bowling alley around 3:45 PM only to find out that there was a bowling league event that evening. During our first game, an announcement was made that we needed to leave by 5 PM, which no one had informed us of when we arrived. Despite already starting our second game, we approached the manager to address the lack of communication. The employee who set us up blatantly lied and claimed she had informed us about the time limit, when in fact she had not. I believe it is important to own up to mistakes, but the manager was unresponsive and avoided any discussion by retreating to the back room. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I rarely complain, so for me to express disappointment speaks volumes. I have never been more let down by a business before, and if possible, I would give a rating of zero stars. The only positive aspect of our experience was the kind restaurant staff, as the manager clearly lacks the qualities of effective management. He would be more suited to managing a dumpster than a business.
This is a decent spot to spend some time bowling and hanging out. The bowling alley is connected to a Mexican restaurant that serves average bar food. The atmosphere is somewhat worn out, but it's still a decent place to check out. It's not too crowded on weekends during the afternoon.
