Corner Bistro - Merritt Island

I don't know why we waited so long to try! Beth and her fiance were wonderful hosts and the food was delicious! Really beautiful aromas. The sauteed veggies were so spiced and the caramelized onions made it slightly sweet and hearty. My ribs were tasteful and fleshy. My husband also liked his Cobb salad. Nice salad for a meal. We look forward to having dinner there again.

Love it! The host very nice and attentive staff very friendly and serves fast and very tasty dishes!!! You must try.

If you come to The Space Coast and don't visit The Corner Bistro, you have cheated. Fresh everything prepared daily by the professional cook and new menu. Forget the chain food places of this IS the place! I bet you can't eat the whole Monterey chicken.

Quaint Café with friendly and knowledgeable staff and simple but rangy and sophisticated menu. Turkey and grape salad on a croissant with one side of fruit is excellent and makes for a healthy and filling lunch.

Went for brunch and was amazed at the prices and food. I love quiche and was thrilled to see there was even a quiche of the day! The bottomless mimosas had several flavors and the staff and owner were so much fun! The view isn't anything spectacular, but it was clean and quick. A surprise find that will have me going back again for sure!
