Wendy's - Merrillville

Saturday night (3/19/2022)we had the best experience! It was 11:30 pm and had been to several places on Rt 30 left bc the employees were rude. Here there was a very nice professional lady working the drive thru, she was calm (even though her line was long) was patient while we ordered dinner for a family of 5. The lady bringing out our food was also very nice. Our order was correct, hot delicious! Thank you for the terrific service!

It was a hot day and the drive thru was packed so we went in to order and....it was a long line inside too. They were short staffed, with one lady working the register/counter herself and God bless her! She never had an attitude and gave great customer service. The wait was worth it to try the new strawberry frosty which is sooooo freakin good!!!! The food was piping hot and made exactly as I ordered it (no salt on the fries). The inside was nice and clean too. Will definitely return!

Lady at the window was rude on the intercom, rushed my order, THEN we had to wait 15min for food, only to be missing items, lawd have mercy i had to go back inside, manager storms up with an attitude, then proceeded to toss my missing bag at me, food was hot n fresh tho

My favorite morning Manager is now at this location! I wish I could remember her name, but hey girl heyyyy

Late at night I'm leaving my college and I needed a coffee or something to get by. I did a online order and myself and another person were waiting. Unfortunately I was given the wrong order but there was absolutely no problem in getting it resolved and the three people working were so delightful.
