Subway - Merrillville

This subway is always a hit or a miss. Sometimes it's the best abd sometimes it's the worst.

On October 19th I ordered a platter, which was supposed to include 5 footlongs with 5 different sandwiches. There was not enough meat on any of the sandwiches. I received 5 different breads instead of what I paid all my money for. The only thing positive about this was the young lady that helped me place the order. I watched her put the order in exactly what I wanted. But that's not what I received. All the money had to be paid when placing the order. I was not happy at all. The manager is not very friendly at all.

Customer service was awesome Brandon and Mary were very friendly keep up the great work guys oh and give them a raise…

Workers consistently laughing and talking over food knowing covid and germs are making people sick. I told them I didn't want the sandwich no more.

Ordered on the app. Food was not toasted . And wrong ingredients were put on the sandwiches.
