Completely unacceptable my wife order cheese sticks and also received delivery as well! Food finally here there is literally a breadstick missing out the box. We gave them the food back. My wife call manager to address issue and she was told “it comes like that” I will not be purchasing anything else from this location I’ll keep shopping on Indianapolis Blvd

The pizza was just ok. The cheese and sauce ratio was on the skimpy side, and the crust was slightly burnt. As is the pizza was lacking. Perhaps a more customized order would bring up a better rating.

Just do us a favor and close this mf down. Yeah the chick who looks like 50 cent with 2 braids needs to be in the back somewhere away from the customers ?

I ordered a pizza and a 2-liter, but only the pizza arrived. Cool, whatever, accidents happen. It would have taken the delivery driver 30 minutes+ to be back with the drink, and I didn 't want to waste his time like that, so when he offered to give a credit, I said "sure. "Twenty minutes later, I get a call from the store where an extremely rude woman said that they will not do a credit for a $4 two liter of soda, nor would they send anyone out with the thing because "I already checked out your driver, so you gotta show up by the end of tonight. "I was livid. I ordered delivery because I couldn 't be bothered to drive out for lazy food, and the associates at the store failed to check the order before they sent it out.And then she started talking like *I* was the idiot because I didn 't *immediately* call them when the driver, who I spoke to, offered to get it credited.If, at the very least, she was polite about telling me to get bent I wouldn 't be writing this because that 's corporate america, and that 's what you can expect. But she wasn 't. So good riddance.Never ordering from this location again.

The girl with the braids working the cash register at night has HORRIBLE customer service. The only thing she said to me was “cash or card” and sat on her phone scrolling through facebook the whole time I was at the register, took her sweet time and was more interested in facebook than doing her job. I said thank you and she just turned and walked away on her phone. I suggest getting delivery. Food is great though?
