Food was typical hibachi. The service, however, was absolutely awful. Pretty sure our waiter fell down the stupid tree and hit every branch on the way down. Also, when's the last time they cleaned that place? 2000?

Food is ok. But they are charging 18% service fee in default with barely no service. I didn't get plate nor utensils even after the food was already on the table. I have to ask the waiter to bring them to me. Terrible experience.

Not what it used to be. Only 1/2 full at 6:30pm on a Saturday night. You 're paying for the atmosphere and the show what a disappointment. Chef either couldn 't speak any English or chose not to speak to any of the 7 around the Hibachi. 18% Tip is automatically put on the bill and they add the tax in before calculating the tip. In our cases, a party of 3 resulted in $7 additional tip. 18% was not deserved or earned, let alone $7 additional. The worst part of it all was the food was very substandard. Fatty beef and EVERYTHING was under seasoned. I understand why it was only 1/2 full and I will not be going back.

We dined in today and had a very interesting experience. The couple at the table with us ordered a meal to share, the waitress messed up their order and put two orders of food in. When the steak was put on her partners plate they realized something was wrong and told the waitress. The waitress then came over to the cook realizing the mistake and asked that he just give them one order of chicken. The waitress then brought an extra plate to the guy and started taking half of the steak back off of this plate that he was eating from. I have worked in restaurants before and have never seen something like this in my life. Very dumbfounded watching it happen.

Always a great dinner and show. Just pay attention for the tip being added to the bill
