Wendy's - Meridian

I entered the restaurant and no one waited on me. There was someone who was waiting on an order when I arrived. They gave that person their order and never acknowledged that I was there. I waited, but only got looks from the employees. No one ever came to take my order. All of them knew that I was there, but no one would acknowledge me. So, I left. Terrible service.

Cashier must have been having a terrible day or he was just plain rude for no reason.

Not always the happiest service people but the food is always fresh!

I recently visited Wendy's with my mother, who has been recovering from brain surgery. Our experience was made exceptional by the kindness and patience of the cashier who took our order. Despite my mother's slower pace, the cashier remained attentive and understanding throughout the entire process. Her warmth and compassion truly made our visit memorable. Thank you, Wendy's, for employing such caring staff members who go above and beyond to make every customer feel valued.

Great service and food on point every time. I think the guys name was Patrick and he was as nice and respectful as customer service can be. We showed up as soon as they opened all week and he always had a smile and got us in and out quick. That man needs a raise Wendy’s!
