Tin Roof Tacos - Meridian

Food is so good! Price is good for the tacos. However, $2 for a small cup of salsa or $4 for small cup of guacamole (filled with tomatoes) is a little steep. Atmosphere is open, so it's loud when busy, hard to sit chat. But, worth the visit if you love tacos like I do.Vegetarian options: They have a few vegetation taco options quesadillas

I came to Tin Roof Tacos tonight and I got amazing food and great service. My only complaint (though it is a really huge one) is that when we got up to the cash register to order, the cashier said “I’ll be with you in just one second,” yet I waited multiple seconds. I feel lied to. What she could’ve said is “I’ll be with you in 4 seconds” that way I don’t have to feel this way. Extremely disappointed. I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings but maybe it’s time for some new employee training specifically for this issue.

Always a great place for non-traditional tacos. My favorite are the Baja shrimp and the fried chicken. I've never had a bad experience dining here!

First time here. Big area to eat in. Friendly and quick service. I ordered the fish tacos which were good. I didn't care for the beef fajita. Made it better with the habanero sauce.

Not consistent. One time is good, then next time it’s bad. Employees could use some training. Tried it again today. The workers don’t seem to want to be there. Got taco’s to go. They looked like someone smashed them an wrapped then in foil.This place could be so much more with just a little more effort.Stopped in again today. Still bad, the person making the taco doesn’t care what they are serving. The potato was cold and still raw. The large pieces of onion were greasy and not cooked. The tortilla was not warmed up tasted raw. The breakfast tacos had no eggs. Unbelievable how nasty the food is. Still have young people who don’t care about their job. So disappointed. Never stopping here again. Wasted money going here again. ?
