Taco Bell - Meridian

The people are good people they are nice and polite but I am not sure how it never fails, I get someone else order. food: 1/5

My daughter works in the emergency room in a local hospital. she has made a job for herself and coworkers. not all foods have been delivered. we understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of care after the mistake I am the reason for this review. After several phone calls without answer, she was told that they saw the order and checked for it and hanged it. several phone calls back and they said it was another taco bell (even if they confirmed the order on the first call) and she heard laughing when she hung up the phone. another round phone calls and no one would answer. not only are the hired not in the position to get a simple order right, they think that the lack of their own ability to do a simple job is funny. I understand that looking for qualitatiw high-quality employees is difficult, but laughing their mistake instead of learning from them is a hopeless situation. I don't know who the manager is or the owner, but both should be ashamed of the quality they put into their work. if this customer service is so bad that customers are placing what the conditions are in the kitchen in which the same non-maintening employees prepare to eat.

I picked up a doorbag tonight. I paid for a queensarito, but this is not what I received, it had no any chipotle sauce (I paid extra) and it was not layered or grilled as it should be. they gave me the cheaper burrito on the value menu and that's not that I paid! They must have been mad that we have made them do their job? I guess since we've been raised, they all smoked outside, and then they said they were from bark and we said we were waiting in the 30 minutes, as it is the hell to get a mobile job canceled.

The place is slow, the employees were just sitting around behind the counter. The food tasted old. Overall worst experience at a Taco Bell.Food: 2/5
