Sonic Drive-in - Meridian

Eating is okay, but I wouldn't recommend getting their drinks here. I have a blackberry sweetheart that tasted like water and syrup. the ginger-ale tasted like carbonated water. we also have two ice cone. when we received the cone, it was completely melted in a cup. this happened twice this month.

All lobby doors were locked but one. No signs saying use other door. Lobby was filthy. No clean tables and the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped on days. The lobby was empty when we got there. Bathroom was disgusting. Soap was empty. Just stopped for an ice cream and to get out of the heat.

The app was not working and Zoe was quick to help us at the window. She was friendly, smiled and went over the top to help us out! Ask for her next time you visit this location!

They forgot about our order and we waited for 45+ minutes in the carhop area. The guy taking our order also was not very nice which made this experience not so good.

I've been here on several occasions in each time I regret coming. Most recent time, was the worst. I ordered two drinks. I decided to take stall rather than go through the drive-thru, hoping that it would be faster since it was literally only two drinks. Oh boy was I wrong... For these two drinks, a large Coke and a small slushie, I waited in the heat for over 20 minutes. I have never been to a Sonic as poorly staffed or managed as this one. I highly recommend if you're looking for something fast go elsewhere.
