Pueblo Lindo - Meridian

We don't eat out at Mexican restaurants very often, they all seem to taste the same. So it has taken us a while to try out Pueblo Lindo and boy have we been missing out! We were both very surprised at how much flavor was in every bite! Everything was absolutely at a higher level than your typical Mexican restaurant. We can't wait to go back and try something else, or maybe just get what we had before! They also have a full bar with a great selection of unique cocktails and beers,

Great tacos, great queso dip, and great server. Margarita was perfectly made, too. One star off though for having a handwritten sign showing different hours than on the website. I arrived at closing, and was served, but would have GLADLY arrived earlier if your website said you close at 9:30 instead of 10.
